What a book presentation in ourHellenic School on Saturday, April 6,2024!
The inspiring title of the book captured everybody’s attention: “ Sailing with the wind of Freedom” « Ταξιδεύοντας με τον άνεμο της Ελευθερίας».
The Principal of the Hellenic School , Demosthenes Triantafillou, introduced the author, Dr. Katherine Kaye, and explained to the students that the author was inspired to write this book during her first summer visit to the little island of Spetses.
Conclusion: We should be taking our Greek- American youngsters to the Greek Islands every summer for inspiration !
Με μεγάλο ενθουσιασμό ο Διευθυντής του ελληνικού σχολείου, Δημοσθένης Τριανταφύλλου, παρουσίασε τη συγγραφέα Δρ.
Katherine Kaye, η οποία είχε επισκευθεί τις Σπέτσες ένα καλοκαίρι και εμπνεύστηκε να γράψει αυτό το βιβλίο για την Μπουμπουλίνα- Λασκαρίνα! Συμπέρασμα: Το κάθε ελληνικό νησί ειναι πηγή έμπνευσης για τα ελληνοαμερικανόπουλα και θα πρέπει να τα επισκέπτονται συχνά τα καλοκαίρια!
Ναι, το καλοκαίρι και να φιλοξενούνται από δην Ελλάδα! Θα πληρώνουν όμως το αεροπορικό τους εισιτήριο !
